Our apologies if you're having problems with the CD. Every effort was made to test it on various machines before it went into production. Yet, there are reports that it still has a few flaws. Here are some workarounds that may help.
Note: The autorun feature of this CD only works on a Windows maching (Windows XP/Vista). If you run it on a Macintosh computer, it will allow you to access the contents of the CD directly - in which case you can copy the contents onto your hard disk into a new folder.

This is an Autorun CD - meaning, it automatically runs when you insert it into your CD drive. The Main Menu is the first image you see. To exit, make sure you click the red "X" in the upper right corner of the window (1). Click the first button (2) to open the Book Contents Menu. Click the second button (3) to open the Extras Menu.
Note: you may get a strange error message when you eject the CD without first clicking the red "X" (1) in the upper right corner of the window.

Click any other button (3) to open a chapter in the book. These are Adobe "pdf" files. It presumes you have a "pdf" reader program installed on your computer.
Note: If you're having trouble opening these, for whatever reason then copy the contents of the Documents folder from the CD onto your hard disk into a new folder. You should then be able to open any file directly using your Adobe pdf reader. If you don't have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, you can do so by clicking here.

Click any other button (3) to open an audio file. These are mp3 files. This software includes a built-in audio player to listen to these files.
Note: If you're having trouble listening using the built-in audio player, then consider copying the contents of the Music folder from the CD onto your hard disk into a new folder. You should then be able to open any audio file directly using your default music player.
Built-in Music Player
Whenever you wish to exit the player, click the red "X" in the upper right corner of the window. Number two (2) identifies the audio progress bar. The controls (3) at the bottom provide additonal options, such as the volume slider at the right.
Note: With this player you do not have the ability to move the play head to a specified location in the audio file. If you wish to have this type of control, then you will need to copy the mp3 files from the CD onto your hard drive into a new folder - then access the file(s) directly using your default audio player.
